Massachusetts Short Sale Negotiators get licensed to teach in New Hampshire

Nick and I are THRILLED to be able to teach our short sale course in New Hampshire. Nick and I have been teaching around brokerages and Association of Realtors in Massachusetts for quite some time, and even the Seacoast Association of Realtors in Portsmouth, but we are OFFICIALLY able to teach and give CEU’s to brokerages now. I’m so excited that we can bring short sales to Realtors now in New Hampshire. Short Sale Negotiation is intricate and it’s important to set it up right from the beginning. We are so lucky.
